Access to and use of this World Wide Web Site (the 'Site') is provided subject to these conditions. Use of this Site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Contac Services Inc., its affiliates and related companies (collectively 'Contac'), has made reasonable efforts to ensure the information provided on this Site is accurate at the time of inclusion; however, it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in this Site. Contac may make changes in the products, services and/or the programs described in this information at any time without prior notice.

    Terms of Use
  • The materials in this Site are provided 'as is', 'as available', and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Contac disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Contac is providing these third party websites to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or any representation by Contac of the Site.   • Most areas of the Site require the use of passwords, User IDs and may have other security features. You are responsible for keeping your User IDs and passwords confidential.

  • You acknowledge that the Internet and websites accessed by you are inherently dangerous and subject to computer, system and network failure as well as human activity. While Contac will take steps to maintain the security of this Site and to protect your privacy and confidentiality with respect to information you provide, you agree that you use this Site completely at your own risk and that in no event shall Contac be held liable for any loss or damages caused.

    • Governing Law
  • This Site and all disputes or other matters arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada and dealt with by a court of competent jurisdiction in Vancouver, Canada, or such other location as the parties may agree. Since you should have no reason to have a grievance with us, as a disincentive to unwarranted litigation, you agree that if you sue us and don't win, you will pay all our costs, including reasonable fees for in-house and outside counsel.

    • Pricing and Taxes
  • All orders are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.
  • You are responsible for paying all customs fees and duties that may be assessed on your order by your country's customs agency. No customs duties are assessed in Canada.
  • Taxes are not charged to shipping addresses outside of Canada. Within Canada, appropriate taxes will be charged based on the province of your shipping address.
  • Tours, Activities, Show and Event Ticket pricing:
    • a. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
    • b. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.
    • c. Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; and any beverages or food not specifically listed.

    • Shipping and Handling
  • Shipping and handling charges are calculated using the web form in our checkout process. Each time you change the shipping method, the page will refresh allowing you to see the corresponding change in cost. If your country is not in the drop-down list in our checkout process, please contact us directly at 1-800-667-8197 or email support@e-contac.com to determine your shipping costs, and to place your order.
  • All orders are processed and shipped within two business days from the time you place your order. Please note we do not ship on Canadian statutory holidays. If you are in doubt about when something will arrive, please call us at 1-800-667-8197 to discuss your options.

    • The following are estimated delivery times:

    Canada:
    Rush: 1 – 3 business days
    Standard: 3 – 7 business days
    Economy: 6 – 12 business days

    USA:
    Economy: 5 – 8 business days
    Rush: 2 – 4 business days

  • Due to postal system delays, items occasionally take longer than expected to reach you (see “Shipping Times” to see expected delivery dates based on your location). If you require something on a timely basis, consider having it sent Express, which is an option on the checkout screen. If your item is well overdue, please call us at 1-800-667-8197 to check the status of your order.
  • When a pre-ordered item is purchased, or if an item is on backorder, the package will be shipped only when all the items become available. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please get in touch with us at 1-800-667-8197. If something you ordered is backordered, we will contact you via email to let you know that it will be delayed.

    • Returns and Cancellations
  • We suggest you call us immediately at 1-800-667-8197 to cancel or change an order. We do our best to administer all order cancellations or changes, but as we process orders soon after we receive them, we cannot guarantee order cancellations.

  • Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your unused purchase with your receipt/printed invoice within 30 days of your purchase for a refund (less a restocking fee where applicable). Please return your unused purchase for a refund by following these steps:
    • a. Include proof of purchase
    • b. Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories to Contac Travel Gear, Dennett Place, Delta, BC, V4G 1N4, Canada or call 1-800-667-8197.
    • c. Returns will be credited back to the original tender type
    • d. Damages on delivered items must be reported within 24 hours, please call 1-800-667-8197

  • For refunds we may ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number for audit and fraud prevention purposes.
